Considering doing an interactive food stations for my small wedding reception of about 75 guests, in late September in Palm Springs area. Anyone have suggestions or experience with this type of food service at a wedding reception, vs general buffet or plated dinner?

It sounds fun to have food stations so that everyone can gather to the food they want rather than in a single line.
You could post this in the main reception area since this seems like a general question, not specific to California. More people will see your question. Hopefully another bride has considered the same option or has experienced with it. Hope the best!!
