instead of a mashed potato bar

Anything Mac and cheese is good in my book!!!!

....only thing is with the mashed potato bar is they hold better than Mac & cheese.....cheese does firm up a little and not look so fresh after sitting for a little.....Just a thought! But maybe the venue has a trick up their sleeve to keep it looking fresh!!!

They have a thing where you have the pasta in the pans and they have in heated pans different types of cheese and toppings ..

Then that should work perfect!!! Can I come? I'll pay for my own :-) hehehe ....no joke, I eat absurd amounts of Mac & cheese! We have them as apps for our wedding!

Ive never heard of them either til someone mentioned a mashed potato bar on here.. then my MOH who is getting married two months before I am is having a mashed potato bar. i thought it was a neat idea so i looked up a mac n cheese bar and they have them.ITS REAL!! lol

I love mashed potatoes...and ne thing potatoes in gen. i had never heard of a mashed potato bar but if we have a dinner instead of brunch I will definitely include it in out menu thanks for the idea!
