Information cards

How would y’all word everything? I was just going to put the bulk on our website but a lot of the older people coming don’t work the computer well so I figured I’d put everything on there.
Also, I need a way to write it in on the rsvp cards who will be staying at the beach house! I want to change the wording completely but don’t know what yet! 🤔🤔

I wouldn't include any of that in your details card.

Saying "reception to follow" at the bottom of the invitation is enough information about the reception.

The accommodations bit sounds way too complicated for a wedding invitation and is probably something that you should handle via word of mouth. It's difficult to read because the font is so small, but I believe it says "the day of the wedding you have to make your self scarce," is that correct? If so...what? Are you asking the guests to leave the house the day of the wedding? This is all really odd.

As for the welcome party, I would include that by itself on the RSVP side or with it's own card so that guests can RSVP to the dinner. I'm assuming you'll need a head count to order food.

I think if you want to include the info about the beach house, add a line that says "to reserve a spot, please contact Name at 123-4567" so that people will call right away. If you put it on the RSVP card, then people might reply and plan on staying in the beach house, but the spots might have been claimed by others.

I also agree that it is odd if you are making people leave the day of the wedding. If they have to find a different place to stay the night of the wedding, it doesn't make sense for them to stay in the house at all.

What will you do if you get two RSVPs at the same time and can only accommodate one more?

I agree with this. If you're having more than 32 guests at your wedding that will need hotel accommodations, you might want to look into reserving a room block with a local hotel. It does sound odd to ask people to leave the premises of the lodging where they are staying. What if they want to go to the beach and need to come back in to shower and get ready for the wedding? Offering hotel options can help.

Hotels can provide you with information cards to include with your invitations.
