I can tell you that it's by Pnina Tornai. It's STYLE 4453 from her 2016 Wind Upon Water Collection so I'm not exactly sure if you'd be able to find it anywhere anymore. You can try resale websites like Stillwhite or Poshmark but there's no guarantee. If you can't seem to find it anywhere I'd say you can always try emailing directly at https://www.pninatornai.com/?categoryId=63489. You'll find the email under contact at the bottom of the page. You can see if there's any 3rd parties that might still have it somewhere.
