Incorporation of family for elopements or minimonies?

So as I have researched elopements is not necessarily just two people running off to get hitched. Has anyone included family in their elopements or minimonies or would you incorporate family in elopements?

We eloped in an outdoor garden ceremony May 16 2020 with 7 people, and the family that was there were my parents. Immediate family or whoever you want in your family to be there!

For our minimony we will have my niece still be a flower girl (she insisted this would give her practice for the big wedding lol) and our son will be the ring bearer and carry a "Daddy here comes mommy sign". My nephew and stepson will walk down holding a "Here comes the bride" sign and I still plan on having my dad walk me down the aisle!

Well, we included our dog on the groom's side as best dog, because no one else could make the trip. And my mom was there. We also had one of my husband's best friends do a reading lol. It is what you make it tbh.

Lol my dog with her sniffing forever while walking has been getting on my nerves no ceremony for her lol. That and no more extra money.
