I think you can totally include taylor swift still - you can take some of her quotes or lyrics from her songs and include it somewhere like on programs if you have any, or as a reading in your ceremony, etc.

You can always get sequined tablecloths or table runners on Amazon! Sparkly silver is one of my colors, and we're setting up a few things with sequins. The bridesmaids dresses aren't sequined, though there are plenty of other things that can be sequined, such as a curtain backdrop! You can use stacks of books as centerpieces (maybe add some hockey-related books too, to incorporate both interests into one centerpiece?), or you can order a sign with your favorite lyrics from one of Taylor Swift's songs to hang at the reception.

I found these super cute tank top with Taylor lyrics that I was thinking of having the girls wear while we get ready. I can try to talk to him to see if that would be something he would be okay with since he originally objected to anything Taylor.

Our venue requires us to only use their linen provider so we are waiting to find out how much it would cost. I don't think my fiance would agree with a sign, but I can definitely ask.

My fiancé didnt care TOO much for the decor but he did want to incorporate his favorite basketball team, the milwaukee bucks. so what we did was go with the bucks retro color scheme which includes purple which is my favorite color.

i honestly don't think its fair that he's rejected the things your like but has insisted on things he likes and basically hijacked your color scheme.

you can incorporate some lyrics/ quotes into your signage. use books as a part of your centerpieces. have your girls carry paper flowers made from book pages dow the aisle.use purple as an accent color with your flowers. sequins and glitter in the decor you put on your sweetheart table. glittery cake topper and toasting glasses.

I have to ask...do you like hockey? I don’t want to stir up trouble but in my opinion, he needs to give a little as it is also your wedding. You should be able to have things you like as well. It seems like you are saying yes to him but he is saying no to you. Do you have a favorite animal that you like? I am having butterflies throughout my wedding as they are my favorite and my FH loves guitars and music so our guest book is a guitar with a butterfly on it and we will have small pearl frames with Love song quotes on our tables. Just some ideas.

I don’t see why you should have to ask permission to wear something while getting ready with your girls, whether it is Taylor Swift or not! It just seems like a red flag, but I hope I’m wrong!
