Including Bridesmaids...

I have my MUAH trial and trying on dresses coming up soon. I am conflicted, because I don't want to make my bridesmaids feel left out.

I originally planned to bring my MTOH with me for the MUAH trial and bring my mother, MOH & MTOH with me to look at wedding dresses. I am now feeling like I am being rude on leaving them out and also like their opinions do not count to me, but they do.

My sister-in-law who was a bridesmaid went with me for my hair and makeup trial. I went dress shopping several times. The first time my mom, former maid of honor (she ended up dropping out) and grandmother went with me. Another time my sister who was a bridesmaid went with me. My bridal party was all spread out so meeting up with them to look at wedding dresses would have been difficult. It was difficult enough planning to go shopping bridesmaids dress shopping.

I’ve never heard of bringing someone to your hair & makeup trial... I went alone. I think it would be very boring for someone to sit there & watch you get your hair & makeup done for 2+ hours with nothing else going on.
As far as dress shopping, you can bring whoever you want. Just make sure the bridal boutiques you’re going to don’t have a maximum number. Also, remember the more opinions coming at you, the harder it may be.

I do not think you are being rude. It is not necessary to invite them to everything. Plus I would ask is there room for them because I imagine in a salon they may not have all this space.

I agree that a HMU trial appointment would be very boring to attend. I’d recommend going alone and sending photos to your party after.

I went alone to my hair and makeup trials and only my mom went with me dress shopping. I didn't even send pictures of dresses until I found "the one"

Yeah my MTOH is a "makeup guru" so she loves that stuff so I thought I would invite her(and she taught me how to do my own makeup too) lol. I can just send pics to the group of my makeup and hair afterwards.

The dresses part I just don't want anyone left out, But you all are right the more opinions the harder it would get. Maybe I can invite them all to the fitting after I get the dress? Should I disclose that with them and say " I am going dress shopping and you all will be invited to the final fitting of the dress that is chosen?" or should I just not tell them ?
