Include nieces and nephews?

Hello! I am hoping for some ideas on including our nieces and nephew in our wedding! We are only having two bridesmaids and two groomsmen because we wanted to keep things small. We have nieces who are ages 13,11, and 8 months and a nephew who is 8. My thinking is they are past the age where it would be cute to be flower girl/ring bearer. We are thinking the 13 year old could carry the 8 month old down the aisle, but we are not sure what to do with our other niece who is 11 and her brother who is 8. His mom his adamant about them carrying cute signs down the aisle, but I am just not convinced that would be cute at their ages. Any thoughts? TIA

If you wanted them to be apart of the wedding. The 13 year old could be an usher and the 11 and 8 year olds could hand out program or be at the guest book table! Not sure about the 8 month old. Lol. But I'm having my older cousins do things like that!
