Inbox messages?

Is there anyway to delete inbox messages from vendors? I have an overflow of vendors I'm no longer interested in and it's getting confusing. I can't figure out how to delete messages!

    If you use your desktop or laptop you should be able to make them archived. I don’t think that works on the phone app.

    You can’t delete them regardless of which device you’re using. You can only archive them like Peggy said.

    How do you archive them? I don't see how to do that. I'm using the web site (not an app).

    Hi Angela! When you open your inbox on the desktop version of the website, you can select each of the messages and then click 'Archive' at the top of the page!

    Hi Angela, I'm sorry for the confusion! You cannot archive vendor messages, only admin messages, private messages, and notifications!

    @weddingwireadmin - I used to be able to delete vendor messages or archive them. Can we bring this feature back? All the vendors I had archived are now in my inbox and it makes it a nightmare to try and continue planning when my current focus is a florist and my inbox is overflowing with venue options that I no longer need!

    Please bring back that feature, I won't be messaging any more vendors or anyone within Wedding Wire until it is back, it's too difficult to keep track of what I want to follow up with and what isn't a good fit.

    I've only messaged two types of vendors, photographers and venues, and my inbox is insane already. I can't imagine what it will be when I contact other vendors. Please bring the delete function back!
