Fast forward we tried scheduling our vow renewal fir this year and 10/2 was not available for our venue so we chose 10/3 again 😂

View Quoted Comment Idk, I got to a point in planning where I didn’t know what to do. Now things are starting to happen. I’ve been contacting our venue about floor plans, our florist about more greenery options, scheduling trials & fittings obviously lol
I need to contact the ceremony venue to see if the getting ready suites will be ready in time to use or if we should plan to get ready elsewhere. Idk, how about you?

Congrats! We just got into the 90 day window and we are so excited! We've been engaged since Aug 2019 so I can't believe it's really almost here hahah

View Quoted Comment Literally nothing 😂. I am doing all the setup diy. I bought all my centerpieces and flower arrangements last year so I have everything (fake flowers). We have to setup our own tables and do our own layout. I guess my next thing would be to make new invitations and go through all my wedding stuff so I can remember what I have and figure out what I need. Im not sure what else right now.

We have 80 days today, and counting down is starting to be something I dread, because covid cases are on the rise here and we've been put into a 2 week lockdown. Our state takes ages to open up again after locking down, and whilst I don't care if we can't dance or sing or some of the other periphery things, our wedding is 1.5 hours drive, and I'm afraid we won't be able to get there at all - or our guests won't. We've been trying to think of a backup plan in case things can't proceed, but my parents live in the town where we are getting married, so if the restrictions are bad enough that we can't get there, it's not like we can just book for where we live, because then my parents wouldn't be able to come. I know we just have to hope for the best and carry on assuming we can have our wedding, but I've had to cancel my dress fittings and other appointments, so we'll be behind our planned schedule It's made me very nervous.

Oh wow, three times is so awful. I'm so sorry you had to do that! I don't know how you've managed to keep up the momentum and the enjoyment. I do hope that you get to have your beautiful, perfect wedding this time around.

It definitely is challenging, but honestly this is the only thing that's been stressful about our wedding planning, really, so we're incredibly lucky, and I know for sure my fiance is the one for me, he's just such a darling and covid if anything has made us closer and stronger than ever, and I know that's not the case for everyone, so I do try to just think of the good and be grateful

I’m now 99 days out! I know it’s going to start heating up with vendors and getting timelines/songs to them. Then I think we meet a month beforehand. Plus bachelorette in September, tuxes, transportation etc.
