I'm so lost

So, our dream wedding next year is to be a Halloween Eve Masquerade in Winston Salem, NC. I found a beautiful and surprisingly affordable venue in Jamestown, Castle McCulloch. Sadly, Halloween Eve is booked. All they have is 11am Halloween morning and the 16th. Neither of which would work for a masquerade ball in my opinion. Not to mention, if we booked the 16th, all they'd have is the Grand Hall. It's a literal hallway. It's nice, however, they would have to send us all outside in the cold for 30-45 minutes to reset the furniture for the Banquet, which then seats 30 people less and there would be NO room for dancing. Hubby wants to just book it for the ceremony and drive somewhere else for the banquet, but that feels like a lot of hassle for us and the guests. Granted we'll only have less than 100. I love the castle, but I have my heart set on the 30th and in Winston Salem. I'm so torn about it. Does anyone live around or near Winston and have any suggestions?
