Jade, my most sincere congrats are yours. Unfortunately, I don't know much about you -- your planning, your vision, or the emotions you experienced in the days leading up to your wedding.

I love the fact that you wore black -- I applaud every bride who breaks convention because it's a reflection of who she is, despite family pressure to conform to traditionalism (and I also applaud brides who want the long, white, sequined gown because that's what the embodiment of their visions look like).

Can you offer some advice and/or a bird's eye view into your wedding day? What worked? What didn't? What were the highlights, and what would you urge brides-to-be to ignore because, at the end of the day, it really didn't matter? Believe me, that's what these ladies want to hear from experienced brides.
