Hi brides! I love the mermaid dress I have chosen. I would like to cover the back of this dress by adding more material/fabric. I don’t really like how the side shows slightly. I’m getting married in the Catholic Church btw so I just want to cover myself more. I know nothing about alterations and I would like some advice! Thank you

That would be a simple alteration your seamstress should be able to do for you. Just ask her for a panel along the sides.

Agree with Nicole- talk with your seamstress about adding some panel to the sides.
