Ideas for registry

You can register for gift cards, but I would also recommend registering for some physical gifts for those who would prefer to buy them. Otherwise they’re left to their own devices and you’re stuck with 4 toasters and 17 picture frames. Consider items like towels, extra linens, and upgraded small appliances.

Registering for gift cards is totally okay!

We've lived in an apartment for a little over two years now, but all of our stuff is very much due for an upgrade. We didn't get super fancy things because we didn't know how long we would be in an apartment and wanted to save the money and space. So we've only put things that we really want to upgrade or don't have yet on the registry, along with gift cards. I would probably do the same if I were you! It's always super nice to get some upgraded things you may not normally purchase for yourself!

Hey Ashley! Of course, you can register for gift cards. As the pps mentioned, it might be a nice idea to register for some gifts also as often times older relatives like to give physical gifts instead of gift cards and cash.
