Ideas for 10k wedding in Chicago?

My fiance' and I are looking to get married in the Chicago area in September of 2019. Currently, we are looking at a budget of 10K, with an estimated guest count of 100. Any super affordable venue locations? I'm currently metaphorically ripping my hair out due to the frustration of it all. Any suggestions are appreciated!

    Sorry for the late response. We're willing to go to the burbs in any direction. I'm thinking that right now, that 10K should cover locations for the ceremony and reception, and food if we can.

    We are doing a September Sunday morning/early afternoon for $6,500 with a guest list of 80. The $6,500 (approximate) includes venue, food, ceremony, decor, dessert, alcohol, day of coordinator. We are having it at Jacob Henry Mansion in Joliet.

    Another fairly cheap all inclusive (includes DJ, cake, and possibly photog), is Jennifer's Garden in Morris.
