Ice cubes

Hello,
My fiancé and I are getting married in a few weeks at Wickham Park Hilltop cabin. The event manager just told us this within the past week that there is no freezer at the venue (since I asked) and the caterer told me they only have ice chips within the past couple weeks..
Does anyone know of a reliable company who delivers to central CT and who can supply 2 inch ice cubes for old fashioned drinks? Otherwise we are going to have to make our own ice cubes and bring them in a cooler. I’ve tried Crystal Ice but they have not gotten back to me.Thank you!
