i wanna see the dresses yall didnt get

I was and still am in love with this dress but I talked myself out of it because the material is s little heavier than the dress I bought and I'm having a beach wedding in july so I got the dress with lighter material!!! kinds have dress regret still looking at this dress

I really liked this one, and I almost got it. But it was kind of on the expensive side. Also it had an open back, and I worried that the girls wouldn’t be supported enough. In hindsight, I bet I would have been happy if I got this one, but I was happy in what I wore as well.
I also really liked this one, when I tried it. Looking back, so glad I did not go with it. Please pardon my weird face!

Bought this one, ended up regretting not getting the lace I wanted. And the bodice was a little odd, a bit too saloony after I looked at a lot of pictures. I also felt like I was hiding myself in the ruffles. Love the dress I exchanged it for - bye ruffles!

Well, I won't show all of the pictures I have of the no's as it would make this page incredibly long (I tried on close to 40 dresses). Here are a few of the ones I liked best:

I was convinced this was the dress for a couple of months. I loved how light it was and the illusion straps. It had the V-neck I wanted and an open back. Ended up that I didn't love the A-line on me as much as I loved the fit-n-flare (which is what I had expected prior to trying this dress on).

Another A-line that I tried on when I thought this was my shape. I liked that this one had boning in it and it had a really pretty back. However, there was too much tulle underneath which made it less flowy than I wanted and really warm (July wedding).

This was one of the very first dresses I tried on. I liked how flowy it was and that it had a more fitted sheath under the tulle layer. It had an open back and fun, open sides as well, along with a deep, plunging neck. It eventually was just outshone by others.

This would have been the dress if I hadn't already purchased mine (I got mine from a sample sale and couldn't pass up the price but still had this appointment scheduled that I wanted to go to. The price of my dress was low enough that it would have been super easy to resell it if I decided on something else). I loved the shape, the train, and the fun back swag. I really loved the blush color. It eventually just didn't stand up to the dress I bought.

I had a lot of rejects, but this picture cracked me up. I liked the silhouette but the lace up to my neck was itchy. My best friend sent this to me after the appointment with the caption “the Mona Lisa doesn’t smile” 😂

This was the dress I was certain I was going to wear for my wedding. But once I finally got to try it on, as much as I loved it, it didn’t feel like me. I ended up with a completely different style dress that completely flatters me.

I bought and exchanged this one. I absolutely hated how it made me feel after mine came in.

I actually really liked all but the 2 that weren't ball gown or a-line, and the one that I bought xD. There were 2 I might have gotten if the store had had them in white or ivory instead of blush (I HATE pink, so it was a tough sell) and one that they only had in blush when I went back, but they had it in ivory the 1st time.

I have 19 dresses that weren’t the one, but here are a few that I still really loved

I had several no’s, some of which were very close yes’s











If I were given the chance to choose a different dress, I probably would have chosen the one above, or the first one, or really any dress with lace sleeves hahaha

I absolutely loved the train on the first one below and i thought about it for days but I wasn’t sure I wanted a strapless dress.






I tried on about 20 dresses before I found this one. Some times I think I made the wrong decision and shouldn’t have gotten the first one. But I absolutely love the sleeves on this one

I had my eye on this one for week s before actually shopping but when I tried it on I knew it wasn't the one even though I really wanted it to be.

I also tried this one on and loved it but they only had the sample left, there were a ton of fixes that would have had to been made and it was still $400 while the one I ended up getting was only $200 and I didn't have to make any alterations or bustle the dress which was a huge plus because while I originally wanted a train I didn't want to deal with bustling it at some point.

Just both didn’t give me the feels
