i Said Yes to the Dress!

I found my dress today and it’s better than I could have imagined. The process had taken a disappointing turn after saying yes to a dress already but then being told (after saying yes and getting measurements taken and celebrating) that a sleeve couldn’t be added which had been a non negotiable for me. I booked a couple more appointments convinced I wouldn’t find anything that lived up to this dress that I had fallen in love with. At the first salon I found nothing even close and I got so sad and discouraged. My amazing MOH who I don’t know how I’d live without scheduled me 2 more appointments this weekend at stores she had researched that had styles and designers I liked in stock. Today I went to the first of those 2 appointments with my mom and I found THE dress. It’s completely different than anything else I had tried on and even though I tried on more after I tied it on (it was the first of the day) I think I knew the minute it was on that it was the dress. Only downside is having to pay a cancellation fee for the appointment tomorrow. I’m so happy!
