Well you can certainly have more stones added! A tailor or the shop can help you do that. Obviously you can try to add it yourself too with fabric glue but I would personally take it somewhere professionally to help you add on

Hi Ana! I'd talk with a seamstress about this when you start your wedding dress alterations!! And I'd get your alterations started a little early! They may be able to sew in extra sequins to the lace (like the rest of your bodice) - but it will definitely be delicate work!
