I need a strapless push-up low back bra for my wedding dress help!!!!!!

Jennifer, on December 31, 2014 at 2:15 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 16

I'm so excited I finally got my wedding dress and it should be in by the end of January.. The only problem now is finding the correct undergarments to go with it. I need a strapless, push-up, Loback bra in a desperate kind of way!! I'm 5 foot five and fairly slender at a size 2, and on a good day my bra size is a 32B..... If anyone has any suggestions Id happily take them!

I think you might have better luck finding a longline bra. I know I've seen some with lower backs than you'd find with a normal strapless bra and they'd definitely offer better support and shape.

Have you also thought about having your seamstress sew cups into your dress? That may be an easier solution than finding a bra that won't show.

I would say try Victoria's Secret because I know they have a lot of convertible bras and no show bras. Also having cups sewn into your dress would be a good solution!

    I don't see why you need a bra - I'm a DD and not wearing one. With a B, you're fine.

I'm also not wearing one, DD here as well. Are you sure you need one?

@m I took it as wanting a bra for added shape maybe? I dunno...my little sister is a 34B and she had cups sewn in to her dress and she definitely didn't need it for support or anything else...but she liked the extra shape and well...size? that it added to her boobs.

Me on the other hand, I'm a DD too and absolutely didn't need a bra because my dress provided tons of support by itself...but I also didn't desire cups or anything else to help me give me anything extra.

If you're looking for cleavage and support, try the sticky boobs. You can get them in Amazon for like... $10. I bought a whole bunch to test in the Arizona heat and found 2 kinds I don't think I could live without! I'll find the link and add it in...

One of my favorites: Nsstar Strapless Fabric Push up Invisible Self Adhesive Bra, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K0C87VW/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_DjfPub0M6XTRJ

Also awesome: Bust Self-adhesive Front Closure Strapless Push up Invisible Bra https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JVC010C/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_vmfPub1NAKKX4

The silicone ones can misshape you if not worn right and some companies send really really thin ones (not good) . I haven't had much luck with those.

I'm with Lauren on this one. I am a about the same size as you, and I find strapless bras to be extremely uncomfortable. I plan on getting cups sewn in if the dress I get doesn't already have them! I say for comfort throughout your big day, get cups sewn in.

I bought this, it's lower in the back than others.

I'm not as skinny as you are, but I'm also a B-cup. I definitely don't need a bra, but I want to add a little oomph up top. I'm going to get cups sewn in. The back of my dress is too low for any shapeware, but the cups should help.

I forget that bras are ever used for anything other than preventing me from literally tripping over my own boobs, so yeah, i'd suggest sewn in cups.

I just read everyone's comments - I think it depends on the dress. My dress is a sheath dress. I got cups sewn with added push up inserts in but just felt like they were sitting on top of my boobs rather than giving me a nice lift and shape. I have teeny weenie boobies and need help in this department!

I am trying on the bustier I bought with the dress next week, if it is better, then I will get the cups taken out.

As a 34B, I understand why you need a bra- you want some lift!! haha. I am thinking of having cups sewn in but not sure they can give me a push-up effect like that.

I want lift and and a cup size added if possible! LOL I wish I could go without the bra, but then I'll look like a 12 year old boy :-( Mrs. T, thank you! My dress isn't crazy low in the back, so that like you sent might just be the ticket!

BTW should I go a cup size SMALLER like the reviews all say? Or just stick to my normal size?
