I think it's totally up to you and what you want and what you have done so far.

I couldn't downsize to a smaller wedding since mine was supposed to be this week and I would lose thousands. If you haven't made any deposits, eloping could be for you.

Also depends on what you want as a couple and I wouldn't compromise a wedding just because of this pandemic. If you want and can have a wedding, then have it. If it's not that important or you will be financially strapped, I think eloping is a great idea.

It depends what you want! If you still want the wedding you originally planned for, I would still do it. You only get married once, so have the wedding you want!
