I hate my new sister in law

Corina, on September 17, 2013 at 6:12 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 15

I just needed to say that! We were married this past weekend, it was not perfect, but we are married and we were surrounded by so many people who love us so much. We had catering issues mainly and my sister-in-law, she is such a attention seeking bitch!! The wedding music is on for the bridal party to walk down the aisle, this hooker gets up (she is sitting in the front row, the one thing I didn't want the most) walks down the aisle and then walks right back up to MY music right before me!!! I wish I had a picture of her!!! She looked like a hooker, skin tight fluorescent dress to her vagina, black platform shoes, I couldn't believe that is what she wore, during our ceremony she is texting on her phone and I see it because she is IN THE FRONT ROW, and then her SIRI button goes off. she wrote in big letters "I Love You Big Bro" on our guest book frame that is it! She has a rotten inside and she confirmed it for me on Saturday.

    First, congrats on the wedding.

Second - oh my stars. I'm speechless. What a bitch. I'm sorry.

WOW! what a joke. Did the photog get any pix? Put them on facebook. Stick one of her in all the ty's. Everyone will probably get a good laugh.

During my sister's wedding my BIL's sister threw herself on the floor crying and screaming that she must be pregnant because she ate the shrimp and she only eats shrimp when she's pregnant. We had to step over her to get to the bathroom. And his mother - who originally said she didn't want to be a part of the wedding and that she no longer considered him part of the family - sat in my mother's seat for the ceremony! My mother still talks about that seven years later.

@Nick I hated the photog took her picture in the family pictures!! I already forsee something happening to those pics! I am already disgusted that the aunt took a selfie with her and tagged me in it on facebook!! I am not in the picture, don't tag my shit! I am surprised she didn't pull a stunt like your BIL's sister!! She is famous for that!! "remember when we were kids and would wait for Santa Claus then run down the stairs, I wish it was like that again". Bitch get over it, grow up, you are 32 yrs old, get a job and quit drinking!!!

Corina, I'll bet plenty of people saw exactly what she did, and they believe her behavior was classless, desperate. and disgusting. I know the type: they're at lots of weddings, in one form or another. It's unbelievable that two siblings can be so different -- one you love, one you hate. I'd be doing the next few Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations with your family (unless you want to have lots of stuff to talk about on the ride home -- in that case, celebrate wherever his sister will be, lol).

This is why my security guys will be ushering anyone out that is not to my liking. Maybe bridezilla, maybe a little controlling, but your story confirms my reasons!

It always amazes me the depths to which people will sink just to get noticed. How can there be no second thought process? Hmmmm maybe I shouldn't wear this/do this/say this? It's like those people have a complete lack of empathy. There single concern is themselves. There was a family gathering for some holiday or other. My cousin's new bride was at the event while my cousin was in Iraq ( around ten hears ago). My aunt (cousins mother) was in the living room talking about how worried she was for her son, how she wasn't eating, crying all the time, etc. The bride was in the kitchen talking and laughing with someone else. When she heard the conversation she ran into the living room, poured on the tears, and started hollering about how she missed my cousin and what would she ever do without him and on and on, rolling on the floor. It was ridiculous. We all just kinda walked out of the room. Fast forward a few years and it turns out she wS cheating on him from the verybday he left for iraq.

Some people must be discounted, then you move on.

I'm sorry she did that to you! I have issues with my FSIL too so I feel you. But at the end of the day you were married and that's all that matters Smiley smile

I also have issues with my FSIL. I don't think she would have gone THAT far, but she's still super obnoxious and annoying, so I feel you! So sorry that happened though. SOOO TACKY!

Oh my, what a cow! Don't worry, Karma is a lovely thing and while it may take forever, she will get her turn.

My SIL is also a complete attention seeker (she's a professional model, so it comes naturally to her) and I am hoping and praying that she really leaves (she is meant to go model overseas for a while) before our wedding so she can't attend.

This makes me sad. Luckily, SHE'S the one who comes off as crazy, not you. Her behavior reflects poorly only on her. It sounds like you dealt with it like a saint.
