Totally understand. I personally had a much easier time with the big choices; venue, vendors, guest list...and am hatiiing the small decisions. As far as your guest list, not everyone needs a save the date. If you aren't sure about someone, just skip the save the date and you can always invite them later.

Yes! Venue, photog, videog, dj...all just worked out and were super easy to choose. But I have looked at HUNDREDS of invitations and STDs over the last year and still haven't found one I love. I also designed my own, wrote it all up and now I'm questioning if it's good or not. I'm not a good 'details' person.

Good point about the STDs! Maybe I just won't send them one...

We are just sending save the dates to people we are 100% sure we want there. Mostly family and really close friends, most of them will also have to make arrangements for traveling. If we are on the fence with someone we put them on a To Be Determined list and will decide for sure once we send out invites.

This is me as well, so I feel your pain. When we sent save the dates we did it mainly to our for sure guests and those we wanted to invite from out of state. People were definitely added after the fact.

I feel the opposite! I have been very decisive, as has my FW...we are very stubborn and enjoy the decision making process a bit too much... Good thing we have been in agreement on (mostly) everything. The invites, menu, and seating chart were the hardest to nail down for us.

This was me. I had so many ideas, and was having trouble narrowing down which ones I wanted (but you are right, the big things were so much easier).
Once the color was selected it got much easier, and then a friend offered to do our signs & it got easier... and somehow a vision came together. I’m still not 100% sure how it will look, but it’s too late now to change anything.

Yeah, I found the big decisions to be the easiest ones: venue, DJ, photographer. It's all the little stuff that comes after that I'm struggling with. Too many choices!! To many ideas!! I hate Pinterest right now! In fact, I have quit going there altogether for awhile at least, because I keep seeing new stuff that catches my eye. No!

I need to stop looking and start deciding. You too.

I feel this 100%! Especially whenever I do end up making a decision, it's mostly who to book and then it's the long waiting game of what can we save and how long will it take to save in order to officially book the vendor. I feel like I'm at a standstill with EVERYTHING.
