I feel like Im forgetting something.....December 2016 brides

If you have flower girls, do you have their attire yet? Your shoes that you will wear on the big day? Cake topper or cake cutting cutlery? I literally just pulled up my spreadsheet to see if I have all the things you stated. lol But you sound like you are doing pretty good so far! It's coming up so soon! We just hit the 4 month mark yesterday. Eeek! =)

I'm a November bride and we are exactly at the same point. Don't stress about it you are right on schedule!!!

@Brittany Yes I have 3 flower girls and their mothers agreed to wait until September/October to search for their dresses. FH will help me DIY our cake topper. I will be buying my shoes next month before going to my first dress fitting. We also chose our first dance song as well. My MOH and another friend usually hang out with FH and I on what we call TU-esdays (Turn up Tuesdays lol) and we just have a few beers and work on our DIY projects, so the process has been fun.

As time approaches I get so much more excited.

What about rehearsal dinner or day after breakfast/lunch if you are having one? How about honeymoon?

I have everything booked but still need to figure out the flower situation, I have ideas of what I want but haven't expressed it the florist. We have to finalize the menu for the rehearsal dinner and day after breakfast (oh, and the wedding menu!) but that doesn't need to happen until two weeks before. We have to buy alcohol too but we are having a very intimate wedding (so only probably 6 drinkers). Next month, I go for my first fitting, still need to get my accessories for my dress. Need to write vows for ceremony...UGH, still so much to do and overwhelmed.

We are having a semi-destination wedding so a lot of stuff we need to do when we get there like make-up trial and possibly a cake testing...

Still need to book some tours for our honeymoon.

@Earliecat we are not doing a formal rehearsal dinner, we will just meet at the ceremony venue and from there whoever wants to join us at FILs house is welcome to, we will provide some appetizers and some food I still have to think about that since a lot of FHs family is coming from OOT and they usually stay at his parents house. Were more excited about the day after since its New Years Eve and the whole family will be gathered. We also decided where we will be honeymooning, we will be talking to an agent sometime soon.

Date twin! You are further along than me. So far I have a venue, officiant and dress. Our save the dates were delivered today so we will address those and mail them out on Monday. We know what restaurant we want our rehearsal dinner at and are working on scheduling cake and food tastings for the big day. We are registering starting this weekend. We have picked our DJ, signing him next week. We still need a photographer and a florist. Need to ask my bridal party soon and figure out their attire. Also still need suit for FH and all the other things on the list above! I hope everyone's December weddings are beautiful!

Looks like you are in great shape to me! I have a bit more to do... my FH wants to do all the centerpieces and the Alter but he is sort of a big procrastinator so that is nerve wracking lol. I would say don't forget about the bridal party gifts, gifts for the parents etc. Rehearsal dinner etc. and also make sure you don't need to get your own insurance... i had to get event insurance for mine. Just saw this post - date twin! I am getting nervous about everything coming so close! How are the December brides doing now that December is almost here!!
