i don't understand the whole create your own wedding website thing...

I don’t see how using a wedding website means you have to be good at technology. If you’re saying your guests use Facebook then they can use a wedding website. Also, having to answer the same questions over and over again from different guests can get exhausting especially with all the other details to manage in wedding planning. This is why we’re using a wedding website.

Ok, that makes sense. On these wedding websites, can you be descriptive as you like? I want to include fun stuff like card games and stuff for kids to do. Some people are weird on having kids there.

I didn't have STD's, but did have invitations and a simple website. Our website isn't fancy, just a place where I could have all of the information in one place. We have a DW so it's just convenient having everyone's plane information, accommodations, etc on there so I don't have to repeat myself a million times.

We sent out electronic invites so you had to RSVP via the wedding website

And also to add, I wouldn't have people I do not know lol! I have social anxiety and stage fright (which I made a discussion post about actually) and so yeah. Just laid back and low key, but a super fun day and as stress free as possible!

We only had a wedding website because even though guests were local we wanted to give them hotel options and because we requested 50’s/60’s attire, we included photo samples.

Some couples use wedding websites sites to track RSVPs and meal choices.

We included our link on our save the date. To be honest, it doesn't look like theres been many who have visited it so far.
