How to word guest limit due to covid

I sent out Change of Plans cards to those who wouldn't receive invitations and included a link to view the ceremony since I'll be live streaming it. I used this template and just changed around the words a little to make it a little less formal and more personal.

You can do one of two things. Send cancellation notices to those who are cut or send a note inviting them to a live stream.

That really sucks. Minted has great cards to send out for that. is this a newly added rule or did your venue just flake on telling you?

View Quoted Comment This is what we’ll need to do as well. Our venue also lowered the capacity due to state guidelines. Since we postponed a year, some of our guests will get new save the date cards, while others will receive change of plans cards.

Hi Brittany, it is not for the faint of heart planning a wedding during these times, isn’t it? I waited till 6 weeks prior to the wedding to send invitations because the rules changed like the wind. Here is a sample of what we sent and we also called to let individuals know it was coming in the mail ahead of time. Hope this helps ❤️
