How to share hotel reservation link with guests?

Did they just tell you this? Typically you include the link to the wedding website on the save the date as invites shouldn't go out before 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding.

Did you already have a wedding website linked on your save the dates? If so I would update with that information and possibly a note to people referring to the update.

Otherwise, I would probably go the old fashioned route, ie an information sheet through the mail, that includes links to the website and the hotel block. An email is another option , but can more easily be overlooked. Word of mouth works, too, of course. Invitations should go out in the normal 6-8 week timeframe, not any earlier.

I don’t have everyone’s email or number to send all our guests this info. Mainly their addresses. The only thing I can think of is to put the link on our invites and send them earlier than recommended

That’s the only thing I can think of at this point. We didn’t have any details on the save the date because we were waiting until our venue released the link for hotel block. Which is really late to send to us. I sent the save the dates out since they needed to go out. The only thing I can think of now is send a details card before the invitations. And send it in Dec or Jan since our wedding is in august.

View Quoted Comment I would send something separate from your invitations. Sending invites too early can result in guests misplacing them or responding yes or no and then later realize they either can or can't make it and therefore need to change their response.
