How to keep organza chair sashes from slipping down plastic chairs.

The three photos below are what I'm dealing with. I'm basically trying to figure out how to keep the organza chair sashes horizontal and at the top of the chair without them slipping down. Is there some type of tape or rubbery stick on things I can use?

Not doing the covers, there are covers for the chairs indoors not these outside ones. 😊 glad you like them

I think there are tons of options that would work. You might have to do a little research to see which is best.

Thought about just looking them vertical on the chair back? That would be 100x easier.
