How to include Parents Names on invitations (and who to include!)

My parents are (generously!) paying for 100% of our wedding. I know traditionally the invitation would then read "Mr. and Mrs. So-and-So request the honor of your presence at the wedding of their daughter Whatsherface to Thisguy..." etc etc. Do people still do this? I am worried about offending my...

My parents are (generously!) paying for 100% of our wedding. I know traditionally the invitation would then read "Mr. and Mrs. So-and-So request the honor of your presence at the wedding of their daughter Whatsherface to Thisguy..." etc etc. Do people still do this? I am worried about offending my future in-laws by not including them, as they offered to contribute and are paying for 100% of the rehearsal dinner, but my parents are paying, so I guess it's their right? How did you handle this?

This is how mine go” mr And mrs John and jane doe,request the honor of your presence at the marriage of there daughter ms. Mary doe to mr Henry Ford sun of mr and mrs Harold Ford “ names were changed but you get the point.

His parents are helping and mine are not. But we didn’t want to embarrass my parents just because they can’t afford to help. We did “together with thier families Michelle Prieto and Joel Betzer invite you to..”
