How to hide my arms?

Before I bought my dress, I had an idea to go for a dress with sleeves, but, when I bought it, it didn’t have sleeves. I didn’t think about it in the moment, but now that I have it and I’m not in it, I’m thinking about it a lot. Any ideas for ways I can take the attention away from or cover my arms?

Can you add sleeves? Or buy a shawl, cape, bolero, wrap to wear with it?

I️ think I’m gonna add sleeves to my dress. I️ was Thinking about this. But also thinking about how much weight I️ could lose and tone up by April 2021 🤣🤣😩😩😩the struggle of having my “wings” as I️ like To call them.
