how to display program fans?

I originally got a basket for our program fans to be put in that will sit on a table where people take bubbles. but now that i put them in the basket there are so many and it kind of looks ridiculous. how are you displaying yours? would it be ok to just put them on each chair? get a bigger basket and go with my original idea? pic is the basket i made but it is way too small...not quite sure what i was thinking lol

We are fans as well, I plan on putting them on each chair.

Lol some may not see them on the chairs(I would prob be one) maybe have a little stand on each side of the isle with them in it. That way it's also easier for the guest to get them and you could keep with your orig idea and just make another basket.

I purchased a template on etsy for like $8. i just looked for the simplest one that was black and white (B&w copies are way cheaper than color) and it just downloads into MS Word. you can edit it and change the colors and fonts and stuff. i downloaded some fonts to use for mine. then i got cardstock paper at Michaels (they have a 50% off coupon rite now online) and took it to Office Max and made 125 copies for 10 cents each. purchased the handles on Amazon for 100 for $10 and used rubber cement to glue them together and tied a little ribbon on the handle. super easy and simple and cheap. its gonna be hot this weekend and super buggy so this was a very last minute decision, i just made them today, and i'm only doing it bc its gonna be hot. otherwise i had zero intention of having any programs at all

Is it going to be outside? I was at one were we were outside and the fans were on the chairs. However, it got a little windy!
If you want to use the basket, could you have and attendant (Bridesmaid or Usher?) by the bubbles and fans to refill it when it's low? It may also be nice to have someone there is guests have questions. (Bathroom location, reception location, etc)
