How to delete an old account?

Soooo this is super-awkward to talk about BUT...... I have an old account here that I would like to get rid of, as once in a while I inadvertently log into that one instead of this one....... I have looked around but not found any way to delete it. Can someone please help me with this?

What about changing the password on the old account so you don't accidentally log in?

It's attached to an email that I still use regularly for lots of things, so that email is the issue. I can never remember which of my two emails I've used to sign up for something. I'd rather it just be gone. It's irrelevant at this point anyway, isn't it?

It doesn’t look like you can do it on the app, but if you log in using your email and password, go to settings and you should be able to delete the account. I just had to do this with my previous account as well. I don’t have my lap top or I would try it but I also googled it and this came up so I hope this helps!
