Our venue is a farm and the ceremony site has a rustic arbor made of birch branches with the bark still on them. The rest of the venue is quite modern, so the arbor doesn't really fit the rest of the style. For our ceremony, we planned to have the arbor draped in fabric and decorated with flowers to hide how rustic it is, all done professionally by our florist, but because of Covid we had to push off our wedding a full year. However our venue is being awesome and allowing us to use the ceremony site for a small micro-ceremony with just our parents. I'd still love to dress up the arbor somehow, but we aren't sure how much time we'll have beforehand to decorate and would prefer not to pay our florist to do it twice.
Does anyone have any suggestions for easy to install and remove arbor decor? I'm fine with spending time beforehand prepping, just need the installation process to be fairly quick and easy (like if it takes me 3 hours to create a floral installation that I can hang in 15 minutes that's A-OK with me). Any suggestions or links to DIY instructions or videos would be appreciated!
