  I bought an ultra soft/baby tooth brush and use that with mild soap (face or hand) to clean it. Actually just did about 10 minutes ago lol

  Soak it in a drop of Dawn dish soap and warm water. If it has visible debris in it, use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub it.

  Soft toothbrush and toothpaste (just a enough to lather). This was a trick told to me by the a jeweler's daughter for ring cleaning at home. It works great on my rose gold ring.
