I’m struggling to decide on a wedding venue. We’re considering both indoor and outdoor options but can’t seem to settle on what’s best. What factors should we prioritise when making this decision? Any tips or recommendations for balancing budget, aesthetics, and guest convenience? Would love to hear your experiences!

If considering an outdoor venue, make sure they have indoor spaces as backup options in case of bad weather! For all venues, consider what is all included for the rental fee (tables/chairs, bridal suite, ceremony and reception spaces, parking, etc). Also factor in whether they allow you to choose your vendors (or if you have to use their preferred vendors), any hidden fees (do they charge cake cutting fees, parking, extra hours costs, etc), and what time they allow you access to the venue in order to setup/decorate or for rehearsal (or if they charge extra for this). If they have bad communication before you book, be aware that their communication will likely not change after you book. Read the contracts to make sure there aren't any hidden clauses or conditions that concern you.
