How to chill beer and wine

Hey, All!
I was just wondering what others have use to chill beer/wine for their reception? We thought of using a chest freezer but don’t want the beer to freeze. We dont have access to their kitchen, but can bring a chest freezer. We do not want to use coolers, it looks tacky and unrealistic. IMO. Any ideas would be helpful TIA.

Do you have a bartender? Can the coolers be hidden? We have to use coolers at our venue but they will be behind the bar so they won’t be visible.
