The wedding itself is on a ranch and the whole wedding party will be wearing boots. There is a short walk from the ceremony to the reception barn that is unpaved. I want to put something on our invites that indicates we are not only casual, but welcome our guests to be comfortable and dress for the venue. Boots and jeans or sundresses are welcome. FH has the idea of making it a bit of a silly phrase "It's on a ranch, dress like it!" or "Casual attire welcome, ranch attire encouraged!" It seemed like a good idea but now that I'm drafting invites, it seems to not fit quite right. Is there a better way to phrase this?
