How soon makeup trial?

I wanted it to be fresh in their mind. I did mine a month ago and getting married this saturday

My wedding is August 2020 and I will be waiting until June/July to do my makeup trial. I also want it to be fresh in their mind but my bigger concern is that my skin changes during the seasons. My skin is usually much more even, clear, and tan in the summer. If I have my trial during winter or even spring my makeup application will be much different. Basically, I want to have the same skin for both the trial and actual day so that we don't need to alter anything. I use different makeup at different times of the year.

I did one before booking (so 1 year out) then the other one 1 month out since I had extensions & a head piece and wanted to do red lips (I didn't have any of those 1 year out).

I would say about a month before the wedding

We are getting married on November 2 and my hair trial is tomorrow!

We’re getting married next October.. I’ve started trials to see who I liked best. There’s already a few MUA’s and hairstylists who are already booked for my wedding day. So I say start looking so you find the right fit before they get booked!

I booked a trial for this coming Sunday and my wedding is in May

I have make up trial booked for the end of the month, the same day as my engagement pictures. I want to try them before I book. I like the idea of scheduling a second one closer to time. I will get dark very quick once summer starts. I'm getting married the beginning of June 2020.

I didn't do a make up trial, but for my hair trial she didn't want to schedule it any sooner than a month before the wedding. That way I had plenty of time leading up to the appointment to decide what I wanted, and less time in between to change my mind. I ended up getting it done a week before the wedding, and that way she could remember better what to do differently or what exactly she did the first time. I hope this helps!

WE ARE MAY 2020 BUDDIESSSS Congrats!!! I am doing makeup and hair trials starting very soon because I have a broad idea what I want but not 100% set because I dont know what will look good on me. My best advice is start early so you know exactly what you want!!
