  If you’re dead set on filling it in I would do an illusion mesh. I think it looks good on you with the open plunge though

  I agree with Hanna. It’s beautiful the way it is but if you want something there, go for the illusion mesh. Congrats and best wishes to you!

  Also agree with Hanna! I think the design is too much in between, and takes away from the aesthetic of the top.
