How much was your day of coordinator?

$425. She gave me a deal because one of her helpers is a friend of mine.

1800, 2 assistants, 10 hours. She was probably the 2nd cheapest in my area. The cheapest one I got a quote from was 1300 for DOC but no assistants. I was offered someone from another famous company in my city for about 3600 for DOC as well. That's probably the highest price I was quoted.

I am paying $1200 but the package includes the DOC and a videographer.

$1500, but she is doing more than just day-of. She reviews all contracts, recommends and makes contact with vendors as needed, visits venue prior, provides timeline of items to do, etc. Worth every penny!

I got quotes everywhere from $200-$800. The DOC we went with was $250 and it was a team of 3 amazing ladies. They helped with setup, made sure that everyone was in the right place to start the ceremony, and took care of most of the clean up.

The one I'm currently talking with and most likely will hire is $1050. Which includes contact weeks out, meeting at the venue to run through, provides timeline, recommends people, 2 hours at the rehearsal, 10 hours the day of including set up and take down (might need her for a couple more) and bringing the items to us the next day. Additional hours if needed are $75/hour.

My venue thankfully includes a DOC for the entire day. We'll meet with her when the date gets closer.

$650, but I paid $1100 to have a two-person team that day as one of the DOCs was also the officiant. They were amazing and soooooo worth the money. I'll admit they were actually much less than a lot of the other quotes I got in the Seattle area which were all like $2K and up. I didn't require as much pre-wedding day help (even though the DOC offered) so I went with someone a bit outside of the Seattle metro area which I think made a difference in pricing.
