How much to spend on bridesmaids gifts?

Hi there,
How much do people spend on average for bridesmaids gifts, per bridesmaid?

I’m thinking $100 dollars each. It’s adding up to be a lot though so not sure if I should reconsider but I know they would love everything they’ll receive.
Also I want to give my moh an extra gift, can this extra gift be given to her at the same time as the bridesmaids or will that cause jealousy between them? Should I give her the extra gift separately when not by the bridesmaids?

I think I spent around $75 per gift in total or so.
I would give her the gift privately

I would not spend $100 lol. I think max $50 is fair but if you budget for that sure. MOH gift in private I would say.

I had 3 bridesmaids and spent about $100 on each girl's gift. I also spent $150 per girl on hair and makeup. I suggest giving your MOH her extra gift privately so it's not awkward in front of your other girls.

I've spent about $40 so far on earrings that I used to "propose" to them with and then personalized tumblers. I may spend a little more but we're getting pretty tight with our budget.

I'm paying for their hair and makeup and I plan to spend $100-$125 on their gifts. I think whatever you can afford is fine. They're not in your party for the free stuff!

Thank you everyone for your opinions! I think I’m going to try and do $100 each of I can budget for it, since I’m not buying make up hair or dresses so I think it’d be nice to treat them to something the night before the wedding.
