We are getting married on 10/10/20. My fiance and I plan to serve his signature cocktail (an Old Fashioned), my signature cocktail (a Hugo—prosecco, elderflower liqueur, mint, and lime), as well as beer, and wine.
We are unsure as to how much of our signature cocktail we should serve. It is challenging to determine how many people will have each drink, how many of each drink they will have, and how many will have neither of the drinks. We are purchasing all of the alcohol ourselves to bring to the venue and are trying to determine how much to purchase.
We will have about 150 guests. We will have a cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 and our reception will go until 11. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to determine how much will be consumed/how much to purchase? It would be greatly appreciated!
