How much did you pay for your veil or how much do you plan on paying for one? Post a pic, if you have one.

$5 for the tulle and $20 for the headpiece. Mine is a cathedral veil and I have enough tulle to make a second veil.

I paid about $140 for my two-tier bead and crystal trimmed fingertip veil from DB. It's a nice veil, but I've decided I want a longer one.

Keep in mind that the cheaper veils on Etsy are not very wide so you don't get that volume you see from other, more expensive stores. I'm being extremely picky about my longer veil. It needs to be 108" wide minimum to get that volume. I don't want to look like I have tulle string trailing behind my back.

$35 at a consignment shop. It is hard to tell in this photo, but there are crystals scattered all over it.

$25....it was on clearance at the bridal shop in my hometown. It was too good of a deal to leave there so I actually bought it before I got my dress Smiley smile

My veil was $189 from david's bridal (mid length white veil with beading to match my dress) and my dress was $199. Since I purchased both I got 10% off of the veil.

$220 at the bridal salon I bought my dress at. It is fingertip length with lace edging, it looks so amazing with my dress.

I got mine for free, because of a sale they were having the day I bought my dress. It was originally $150

Way too much for what it is. $250-300 or so. It has a beautiful soft flow to it , but I totally got suckered into just buying the dress, sash and veil at all once at the boutique. I know I could save money online but I am no good at picturing things together, so it seemed almost worth it to just get what I knew I liked and cross it off the list.

Mine was free because I'm using my moms.. It had this awful cage like headpiece on it so I took that off and think I'm just going to put it on a pearl comb I found on amazon for like $15

I paid around $50 for mine off Etsy. I am anxiously awaiting its arrival (seller has until the 14th to ship it)!

@ Amber maybe you can wear a bird cage veil? It's a lot smaller and I don't think you'll have to worry about the wind blowing it. I def wouldn't try to do a long one at the beach though. Unless you simply don't want to wear one. Def your choice to make. :-)
