We are also doing Greece! But Athens, Naxos and Santorini. Hotels in Santorini/Mykonos are super expensive - to cut back on costs maybe look at only going to Santorini OR Mykonos and then choosing a third, less expensive island (Crete, Naxos, Paros, etc)
Not sure where you're flying out of (us NYC) but we got roundtrip direct flights on Emirates for about $500/person in and out of Athens
Currently, we're at $5k for two weeks in Thailand. It'll probably be another $1,000 once all planning is done. That's with luxury hotels, but the biggest expense was flights because we're going premium economy. 15 hours for one flight? Not being smashed in a cattle car of a plane! We're really excited about it though!! I've never flown anything other than economy.
We are spending around 4k for two weeks in Maui. We got a deal on our lodging so it would probably be more otherwise. I think 5k is a reasonable number for a big trip. Our biggest expense was the flights.

Are you looking for tropical, all-inclusive, overseas? Any ideas between you and your FH, Taylor? Definitely doable but have to plan differently depending on the place.
We booked an eight day cruise for less than 2000. And then we are driving to save money on flights. So that'll be around 200 to drive and park. And then we need some spending money. So I'd say 4000 max is what we are spending. But we also registered through our cruise line so we may end up getting a good amount of spending money through our family so that would put it under 3000!
We are going to London, England for 4 days and Edinburgh, Scotland for 6 days next month. We have spent about $4,200 before food/drink/souvenirs so far and we aren't there yet! Europe is way more expensive than we had hoped for, but it is our honeymoon and it's totally worth it to us. That $4,200 includes airfare, train, lodging and a number of excursions. We are eating at Gordon Ramsay's signature restaurant in London, which alone will be probably a $700 meal (again, once in a lifetime) and will probably spend another $1,000-$1,500 or so while we are there.
Everything booked so far is around $4500 for seven days/seven nights in Greece (Athens/Santorini/Hydra), not including food and spending money. Likely $6-6.5k total.
