How much alcohol?

Hope this help. This will also depend on knowing your crowd and if they are drinkers.

We found that it was definitely WAY easier to let our caterer handle the booze! And once you factor in the discount they get from their alcohol distributors, plus the time and effort it will take you (going to the store, purchasing the alcohol, transporting it back to your house, having to unload it all and store it until the wedding, then having to load it all back up and set up the bar), plus the cost and hassle of everything you need to set up your bar (the bar itself, ice, cups, garnishes, mixers, ect.), then hiring a licensed bartender… it ends up being cheaper in the long run. Plus, then there is always the hassle of trying to anticipate your guests’ preferences to figure out how much alcohol you need (and how much of each type), and running the risk of running out. It’s just so much more peace of mind putting all that responsibility onto professionals.

I hadn't even thought about the transportation/storage aspect of it! You definietly brought the more realistic thinking and got me totally convinced. Definitely going to let the caterer handle that! Thanks again!
