How many signs will you have? What are the sizes?

We're probably going to have 2 signs - 1 welcome sign, and 1 seating chart.

I'm envisioning these being about A1 size.

If you google it, this seems to be the most common size for wedding signs - and is also the size that would fit in a sandwich board sign you see outside cafes, like this:

I honestly skipped all signs. We didn't have a welcome sign because I honestly don't see the point of them. People know who's wedding they are attending, and as a good host, you are going around at some point in the night and greeting/thanking them for attending. We also did escort cards instead of a seating chart so guests could grab their name off a table quickly and continue to mingle during cocktail hour without trying to also remember what table they were sat at.

We have 3 large signs - welcome (18 x 24 wood sign), unplugged ceremony (16 x 20 framed posterboard) and seating chart (24 x 36 framed posterboard). We also have about a dozen or so smaller signs including the bar menu, signature drinks, guestbook instructions, cupcake menu, favors sign, etc. Those are a mix of wood signs from etsy and framed signs (mostly 5 x 7) that I made using a cheap template off etsy and assorted frames from Amazon and Home Goods.
