How many bites per person for a late evening dessert reception

Rebecca, on January 18, 2013 at 5:37 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 1

I am having my wedding in May at 8:00 pm (sunset). We are doing a desert reception to save $$ but are having a full bar. We will have bite sized deserts, a cheese platter, and fresh fruit. How many bites per person should I plan for (we will have about 150 guests)? We are on a budget, but also don't want everyone starving or getting too much alcohol and not enough food.
