How long to wait for a quote?

I met with a florist 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back about a quote. I understand it is the holiday season now, but I was under the impression I would get a quote within a few days. Has anyone else come across this? Should I send an email and ask the vendor?

    I would send them an email to check in. It took our florist about 2 weeks to get ours to us, but this was during the crazy summer wedding season. They may be busy with the upcoming holidays, but checking in once after two weeks wouldn't seem pushy.

    When I went in to meet my florist he gave me a quote right then and there and we even gave our deposit at that time. I haven't had any problem with anyone not giving me my quote the same day we meet. I hope they get back to you!

    Mine took a few weeks, but I followed up and finally got it. She was super busy with weddings those few weeks, so I understood.

    I would send the email. I had mine the next day, and that was during peak wedding season when she was doing weddings every week.
