We have just started contacting caterers, and I'm curious how long it usually takes for them to send you a proposal?
One company sent us a proposal within a few hours, another will get it to us after a meeting this weekend, and another one I'm still waiting for them to send it. We're doing a custom menu, so I realize that takes some time. Just curious what a reasonable wait time is for this.
