How long is your honeymoon?

7 nights. Honestly we started to get a bit homesick and burnt out after 5 nights lol but maybe I’m just too much of an introverted homebody to want to be away for that long 😂

Mine's will probably only be just a weekend long.

We're arriving in New Orleans for 4 days before flying into Jamaica and get 2 days after arrival. We will stay 5 more days after getting married. So we'll be gone a total of 12 days. And I'm so looking forward to just relaxing.

View Quoted Comment We actually booked an Airbnb. For 3 nights we are staying in Pigeon Forge in a somewhat secluded cabin. From the deck you can sit in a hot tub and look at nothing but the mountains. For the other two nights we are staying in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg in a Condo. The Condo is super nice and we have it all to ourselves. We wanted to be adventurous and change it up a bit and this way we can walk to a lot of stuff in Gatlinburg instead of driving and parking. Our Airbnb’s were half the price of any of the hotels in the smokies and much nicer too!

The first time we planned it it was 10 days. Second time was 8 days, and this time is 6 days 😪. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm.

Looking forward to getting away for a bit!

Destination wedding so we took a week off to spend in FL with family doing prewedding fun, then another week for the honeymoon.

If everything turns out great, and the whole place doesn't burn down with the election coming that fiancee and I would love to have our honeymoon in Washington DC, ideally it's going to be a week long trip.

We're planning on taking a cruise that's 12 days. It'll end up being 14 due to travel. Luckily it's not until January 2022 so we have time to save up more and hope covid dies down or at least Americans are allowed into other countries.

We own a business so can't be away for too long. We're having 2 honeymoons 7 days each just a few months apart.

We both are taking 2 weeks off work after our wedding, no exact plans yet on how to spend it.

Ours was 8 days, but we FOR SURE should have gone at least 10 days.

Ours is 9 days

Ours was 15 days. If we had the money/work flexibility, I obviously would have been fine with longer, but was very happy with the length! Any shorter and we would have had to cut out at least one of our stops, which would have been a bummer.

Ours will be 3 weeks on a cruise from Bali to Sydney in the late fall of next year and we will be getting married in May. It's a great once in a lifetime trip as we figured we can do a beach vacation anytime in our lives.

Our original honeymoon was supposed to be 16 days. We will still be going next year after our big wedding.


We had a smaller honeymoon for 6 days this year after our small wedding. However we also spent 5 days in Savannah (5 hours from home) for our wedding too. So not sure if that counts?
